Uh. Rutgers? Just a wild fun guess.
Oregon State
I found the answer. I won’t spoil it here, but it’s not Colorado. UK and Colorado played once in 1998 in Puerto Rico.P5 as in SEC, B10, B12, ACC, and the Big East? Or old P5 with Pac-x?
I’ll guess… Colorado
Def not. I remember playing the **** game in 91, but we have played them a ton, and most recently in our terrible season 2020. And we beat the **** out of them I believe.Georgia Tech?
Won pretty easily, not too terribly bad. That was the last game with my Dad is why I remember it.Def not. I remember playing the **** game in 91, but we have played them a ton, and most recently in our terrible season 2020. And we beat the **** out of them I believe.

I remember playing UCF under Tubby. In fact it’s on YouTube. It’s toward the end of his coaching career here and it is hard to watchI don't remember playing
SMU
California
Boston College
Central Florida
So, Id say one of those
Didn’t they have Jared Dudley or am I tripping?UK not only hasn't played Boston College, but it's also hard af to remember the name of any really good players they've ever really had. What a forgettable program.

We also played then in 96. I remember Marbury lighting them up in the 1st half and thinking he was going to score 40. Pitino made adjustments at the half and I don't think he scored at all in the 2nd.Def not. David Robinson and Navy rather famously came to Rupp in the 80s. I don’t know about Army and Air Force off the top of my head.Have we ever played any of the military academy’s.
And Kentucky shut his arse down too. He only had 45. LolDavid Robinson and Navy rather famously came to Rupp in the 80s. I don’t know about Army and Air Force off the top of my head.

That was really the start of the 95-96 team's dominance. It's easy to forget that team didn't get off to a good start. They beat Maryland and looked OK but not great, then lost to UMass, then played IU in a close game. They were trailing Tech at halftime, but that's when Pitino pretty much decided that Jared Prickett was going to redshirt and Tony Delk wasn't going to be the PG, and the rotation of Walker/McCarty/Pope inside, Mercer and Anderson at small forward, Delk at the 2 with Sheppard behind him, and Epps and Turner at point started settling in. UK outscored Tech 45-19 in the 2nd half, and it was off to the races from there. We also played then in 96. I remember Marbury lighting them up in the 1st half and thinking he was going to score 40. Pitino made adjustments at the half and I don't think he scored at all in the 2nd.
