Brandon Noble, 90s PSU football, 9 years in the NFL including 3 seasons as starting NT for Dallas. Many coaching gigs post-playing days. Currently D Coord for Div. III Delaware Valley Univ. in Doylestown, PA.
Noble is a great interview: Smart, funny, has opinions.
Landon does a really good job of making the interview about the guest, and letting them shine. Enjoy.

I've seen Brandon doing some podcast.s I thought he was with Landon on one of them. It had the guy they call the mailman and some young dooshy little ***** that sat at the end of the table. I couldn't stand him so I very rarely watched it.
But I've seen Brandon and heard him before and I thought he was good.

Yes, he was (not sure he still will be?) part of "The Obligatory PSU Pregame Show". Landon wasn't part of that panel.
The panel has been Noble, Mike The Mailman, Chris Buchignani (really good, imo, and a PSU football/athletics historian), and Kevin Horne.
I'm not as familiar with Horne, but I've heard a number of people say he is irritating. For some reason, the few of those podcasts I've caught, I just don't remember him or his input.

I know Chris, I know Landon, I've met Mike a few times. Mike is a kind and gentle soul. I think highly of Landon and Chris. Chris is PSU faculty, I believe, and is very involved in promoting the overall Happy Valley community. He does a number of podcasts as well. He pairs up with both Landon as well as Greg Woodman. Greg also does a lot of good work for the Happy Valley community.

My guess is that if these guys like Horne, he must have some redeeming value! But I've never met him.

Pretty sure he was on the episode I saw but he must have just been a guest.

Horne plays the contrarian to.the Mailman s positivity....sometimes he s funny, especially with some of his Franklin takes in 2025, often times he s not. Chris B is excellent as are Landon and Noble. Their pre and post game shows during the season are worth a listen imo.

Yeah Noble is good in that Obligatory Show. The Mailman dude does nothing on it. The doofus guy is that fat guy Kevin something. He is the dude that got a wedgy everyday in middle school and had his lunch money stolen. LOL! He hated BGJ and believe me I was not a huge fan of BGJ but he always comes across as a childish twerp. I think it was a bit of an act to get viewers. The host guy Chris I think maybe his name is okay.

If it's an act to get viewers it's a fail because he is why I don't watch it.

Great interview of Brandon Noble. Most insightful comments from someone who lived it.

I stumbled over the Obligatory Penn State Show a couple years ago (their last year on television) and got hooked. Thank God for Youtube.

The panel back then was Chris Bucignani (probably misspelled) who is decently honest in the discussion, Mike the Mailman who finds sunshine in a thunderstorm when it comes to PSU, Kevin Horne who would find reason to ***** about sunshine and roses and Brandon Noble who was always the best comment on the show.

Brandon has been an infrequent panel member due to his real life commitments, but would show up remotely on occasion. Hopefully that continues.

They are definitely not homers which I appreciate. Bucignani, you can tell is a lifelong, astute fan and knows a lot of PSU football history plus is clearly entrenched in SC.

I love hearing from former lettermen especially the ones who played for Joe. Noble talked about us being soft under BGJ which should be common knowledge to anyone who has a good amount of history with PSU football going back to the 60's 70's 80's 90's.

Landon has done a great job with his podcast. He did an interview with Rogers Alexander a couple of years ago that was both insightful and hilarious.

Alexander told a great story about how he made study hall into a fashion show - at Pattee.
