We are blessed with a lot of talent! Lead by a great coach! Our secondary is mean/ fast/ athletic. They might have double legged a few opponents crossing the middle in 7 on 7’s lmaowww.facebook.com
All 3 Thompson’s look good and RJ Lynch!
We return 4 ALL-Conference players in the secondary!
According to Rockshow, thank your lucky stars you don’t play the Big Red.
We scrimmage them! So we will see!

SC had a great night with 7on7 vs Ashbrook. Sophmore QB had a great showing and found the track champion for several chunk plays. SC missing a few guys and still competing.
Especially if ER learns to manage the clock at the end of the game...Love all the enthusiasm, gonna make me kinda sad when we kick em from the playoffs again

Wolves end the week with a great showing today against Hibriten! Lots of explosive plays!
Hibriten QB threw some really good balls today! He will have good season again!

Lipford is the real deal. Over 3k total yards last year, 240 yards a game of offense as a junior.
Almost as good as those Lynch numbers. 3825 yards/ 273 yards a game.

Lynch is on past to break a lot of records at Lincolnton. I believe he will have over 4k easy this season.

At Thursday’s 7 on 7 against Hibriten, was it one of these receivers that caught one of the long passes? If so, he looks good and has good speed; if it’s who I’m thinking about I believe he is a rising sophomore.

I love this thread. 4 teams seem to be very confident about their chances this year in this top heavy conference. I think the fan bases of all 4 should feel good about their chances this year.
I turned 50 this week (all jokes to a minimum please) and had a little neighborhood party last night and was talking to 3 of our players and there is definitely a quiet (well not that quiet) confidence. I have to admit I love it, because this might be the first time in our schools brief history that at the start of the season the kids aren’t just hoping to win games but expecting to. Can’t wait for August 21.

Don’t know what it is about turning 50 but it has kind of a solemn ring for many people. Someday, you’ll look back and think of 50 as being fairly young. Wait and see.
