Who all is coming back for OKC because it could be difficult for Oweh to get on the NBA squad this upcoming year depending.
I feel like he is a dynamic enough guard and defender to make the roster. His high motor and good attitude should help too.
The funny thing is this, Ryan Conwell was drafted 37th by OKC, Oweh was drafted 41st by Miami, then OKC trades Conwell to Miami for Oweh lol.
I do think the Kentucky connection plays a part in stuff like this. SGA got his back. He'll get on the court.

OKC, being a small market team, is working hard to stay under the first curtain of the salary cap. They traded Aaron Wiggins and it is rumored Lu Dort is on the trade block (1 year left on his contract and LAL is kicking the tires supposedly). Might be a few minutes open for 00 in the coming years. He has some Dort qualities to his game.
Roster is still deep though, so I imagine OO gets a 2-way contract and will see time in a Oklahoma City Blue uniform next year.

I believe he was drafted much higher than he was projected to be. And then traded for a higher draft pick.

With Chet and Mara both on the team every perimiter defender can go after every steal and not worry about getting burned. Chet and Mara will probably be the top shot blocking duet in the league next year.
He needs guys who play, start, and an all star and he could really start recruiting. This is a good start though.
