Who do you think the player is in the W that nobody wants to mess with?
I'd put Alyssa Thomas at or near the top of that list...which is why it was great when MHA went right after her when play resumed last night.

I don’t know the answer to that question. But I do know that if **** goes down, I want to be on the same side as MHA.
It wasn't a hockey fight because there's little defense when you are fighting on ice (I know this from experience), not like martial arts defense but it wasn't a cat fight. It was someone who knows how to fight and defend themselves against someone who doesn't.
She was my guess.I'd put Alyssa Thomas at or near the top of that list...which is why it was great when MHA went right after her when play resumed last night.
Uh, I guess I could be like some other clown on here and tell you , "you need to READ better". (Post #7292 if you want to try again). I N EVER said it was the Fevers goal. I offered a hypothetical of what did people think of just how she was going to make those great passes on a nightly basis, and yet they (the posters) expectation is that she should not turn the ball over. I never said the Fever said that. I was asking what people, thought the expectation SHOULD be.No, no one stated that. You were dumb enough to post that the Fever would have a goal of CC getting 9-10 assists per game, which if you understand basketball is idiotic.
Getting assists is not and should not be the goal for any offense. The goal should be to make the right decision/pass/shot at the right time. If a player gets an assist from that, great. If not, oh well.
If CC is lane line extended and Boston is posting up on the low side and a good pass can't be thrown so CC throws it to the corner to Hull who feeds Boston for a basket, CC made the right pass, but Hull gets the assist. Would that be considered a bad play because it didn't help CC get 10 assists? No.
Well, what else is new......OFFS.. Please, you just sound rediculous..
She had more space to operate than she did with the Dream. Also, the Mercury aren't a good team. Bunch of thugs, yes.Last night was kind of the blueprint for how they need to win. 9 assist and 3 turnovers and 8-17 from the field is a great game. We can say all we want about oh she’s just trying to make plays but you can’t have 5 turnovers in a quarter like she did against Atlanta. That’s when the game got away the other night. But they also finally got a game from Billings. A double double and she earned her 28 minutes. Fever bench still stinks except for Sophie and once in awhile some good minutes from Hines Allen and Johnson. CC needs to keep her cool and just keep leading this team.
I think the last part is the most important. For goodness sakes someone else please step up. Especially in the frontcourt. If AB isn’t going to be a real factor scoring, which is the case way too often, then someone else needs to step up.Last night was kind of the blueprint for how they need to win. 9 assist and 3 turnovers and 8-17 from the field is a great game. And Thomas backed down when MHA did that. Thomas cheap shots people then slinks away.I'd put Alyssa Thomas at or near the top of that list...which is why it was great when MHA went right after her when play resumed last night.
If Clark would have had 0 turnovers they still would have gotten stomped by the Dream.Last night was kind of the blueprint for how they need to win. 9 assist and 3 turnovers and 8-17 from the field is a great game. You don’t know that.If Clark would have had 0 turnovers they still would have gotten stomped by the Dream.
I think Timpson has potential. She's really good at blocking shots and getting rebounds. She's also a good free throw shooter.Last night was kind of the blueprint for how they need to win. 9 assist and 3 turnovers and 8-17 from the field is a great game. Thomas is smart *** thugAnd Thomas backed down when MHA did that. Thomas cheap shots people then slinks away.
Timpson is very limited offensively and isn’t a 5I think Timpson has potential. She's really good at blocking shots and getting rebounds. She's also a good free throw shooter.
Wood.
Too bad she doesn't like ithonestly....

You’re right. It is too bad.Too bad she doesn't like it
Well they actually needed both a backup for Cc and a backup for Boston. 2 key positions. When either is out of the game for any amount of time it’s a big problem. That along with getting zero production from the 3 and 4 position puts pressure on the Big 3 to have to have really good games every single night, which just isn’t realistic. If Billings could just go get 12 and 6 every night it would be huge and Hull and Cunningham together could get 12-15 together and play solid defense every night it makes a huge difference.Timpson is very limited offensively and isn’t a 5
I don’t know what the Fever front office was smoking in the off season regarding depth behind Boston
They should have drafted the big South Carolina C that is playing well for the dream but took Johnson instead. While Johnson is playing pretty well for a rookie, they needed depth at the 5

one minute until the showdown
If either team can't get up for this game then they have serious problems.Really hope CC gets off to a great start and that place is rocking early.
lol insanity.
But I’ve seen that it could be because of some licensing issues. Some other absurd omissions- Taurasi, Moore, Bird, etc
