How are you all feeling about the Trump - Iran Deal?

Oh, I agree - let’s see how it plays out. You made it seem like the terms were still being negotiated when they’ve already been defined. But, objectively - the US didn’t establish these terms in a position of leverage. That’s clearly in Iran’s favor. Even Republicans are breaking rank in agreement w that.

One way or the other it's going to work out. That's what Trump sent the next President to deal with it.

I'm sorry you are just wrong. The only "leverage" Iran has is how long can they last before their regime collapses? Trump’s team holds all the cards, is dictating all the terms, and all Iran has left is deciding when to sign a final agreement? They have nothing they can demand, only agree to what we offer them or face annihilation. Stop listening to lies

Iran at this point is like a 2 year old all they can do is scream and poop their pants . As ive stated if 1 cent of American tax dollars goes to rebuild them it will piss me off . They have enough to rebuild themselves if they aren't spending on terrorists. They earned this *** woop'n and they wont learn if someone helps them out .

The terms and conditions have been defined, by us! Iran has nothing they can offer or demand, that's why I say you're wrong giving them credit for any "leverage". We're giving them an offer to survive (if they behave) if they don't, we will simply finish them off. What leverage do they have to prevent that besides signing on the dotted line? See what TDS does to rational thought? You sound like a lunatic. 🤨

They have no leverage. Leverage means you use something you have that forces whoever you're negotiating with to give in to your demands! What the Hell does Iran have to "force" us into anything? If they don't accept our demands, they will be destroyed, period.

Our "leverage" is sitting off the coast of Iran with two aircraft carrier strike groups! Those Mullahs are lucky a few of 'em are still alive and able to face Mecca five times a day to Pray! Iran has "leverage" Puhleese! 🙄

I think it would be more interesting if you guys would define what the Iran situation looks like in 60 days, and what would you define as success.

Sucess to me are ships are flowing freely at 2/2026 levels without threat. IAEA on the ground in Iran with a plan for the nuclear program.

some sort of protection for the Iranian citizens and release of political prisoners.

Lebanon has worked out a plan with Israel to control Hezbollah

My guess is we are not too different from where we are now, unless Iran does something stupid and we begin bombing again.
I think it will take something really stupid, because I don’t think Trump will begin bombing again with mid-terms coming up.

Good post. All this talk of "Iran has won" and "Trump has lost" is just bots repeating Leftist media propaganda. Your post is spot on. Let's just see how things develop over the summer, especially if that straight of Hormuz remains open and oil drops to below 55.00 a barrel!
