Should be a one-time deal that is remembered. What can stop it from being remembered would be ad-blocking programs. Please email [email protected] if it doesn't clear for you.

Having the same issue. Would I straight up email (any info needed to identify my account)or through the "contact us" ? Annoying.

The [email protected] email is the way to go if you can't determine an ad blocker or other security software getting in the way, and can't clear it.

Same here. It goes away once I refresh, but reappears the next time I open the app.

I emailed support and got an auto reply that basically said they'll be in touch. But I haven't heard anything since then.

Having the same issue (no ad blockers) but even more annoying is when I clear it the forums open up in light mode. Have to go to Account or Preferences then back out to get dark mode.

Known issue with the Android app and the Privacy message fwiw. Tech team is working on it.
