All expectations are Pulisic is back vs Turkey. Good situation for him to use this game to get even healthier while playing a live game.

This is the best I have seen the U.S. play in a World Cup, exciting to see but we need to continue to play with focus and intensity into the knockout stage.

If we win our first round knockout game it will be great to see this team galvanize the whole country behind them. The ratings for these knockout games should be excellent.

I'll be shocked if he plays a minute on Thursday night. I assume he's held out so that he's 100% for the knockout stage.

My predicted lineup for Thursday night...

--------------------------------Turner---------------------------------------------
------McKenzie---------------M Robinson-------------------------Trusty--------
Scally------------Roldan----------------------Berhalter-------------------Arfsten
-------------------Aaronson-------------------------------Zendejas---------------
---------------------------------Wright--------------------------------------------

Weah an early sub (or starter in place of one of these guys), Reyna should get some action, and I'd guess Pepi for Wright later. Brady might get a run for Turner too.

It’s been awhile since I‘ve seen an impact printer in action.

That makes sense to rest him. I thought maybe he plays some to get back into the swing of it but no need for the risk of another injury.

Nine different starters tonight for the U.S. I get not wanting to take a chance with guys playing on yellow cards. It should be interesting.

Meanwhile, U.S. fans are going apeshit in L.A.
