Yeap now we know the GAIN OF FUNCTION funded by the USA by Dr. Fauci was released on the world to kill millions of humans

Thank you Dr. Fauci for your service to President Biden who pardoned you
I'm not up to date on this but I suspect the USA/Fauci directed some funds to Wuhan for gain of function research but I don't think the USA put up the majority of the money.

I do think that Fauci was dishonest through his deflections to cover his butt.

The virus escaped when Trump was in office so you can't blame Biden for what happened. That said I don't understand Biden's preemptive pardon of Fauci.

Fauci was illegally funding gain of function research across the globe for quite a while before Donald trump got into the whitehouse. And he lied about it.

That's not an excuse, it happened while trump was in office and trump continued to have Fauci as part of his administration. This was all on trump and just another failure. Hell, he can't even have concrete painted correctly.

When the current administration is an abject failure and embarrassment, seems like go-to response is to play the greatest hits to distract.

This tactic seems really familiar for some reason…

You have got to be joking about your last sentence. Fauci had to hire round the clock personal security for he and his family due to thousands of death threats that have never stopped ever since magadonia decided to blame him for the pandemic in order to absolve Trump for his catastrophic mis-management. Surely you jest.

So the fact that idiots get death threats should absolve him of all crimes committed? Thats what you’re saying. Trump gets death threats all the time. I guess you think he should be fully absolved as well.

You didn't seem to mind death threats on Trump, Kavanaugh, etc.

It's almost like you're saying Biden pardoned Fauci to focus the blame on Trump.

Death threats and the likelihood that the Trump administration would attempt to harass the man for the rest of his life and put him in jail was plenty good reason to give him a pardon. Because unlike Trump, he's not a criminal.

If a game is lost because people think you're an idiot coach, I guess you'd be ok with you and your whole family getting death threats. Your thinking is, if trump gets death threats then it's ok that your family gets them.

I mean, this thread alone (with everything going on, clearly shared now as a distraction) is kind of proof as to the need of it, no?

The concrete in the reflecting pool was coated just fine. It wasn't designed to withstand unhinged leftists clawing at it and peeling it up lol

Oh another insightful post from LovesToBeLiedTo, who doesn't understand that a dark liner caused the water to significantly warm and the chemicals they used to treat it caused it to lose it's bond to the concrete. Why believe the truth when you can just blame it on Antifa trannies clawing up the liner like a good little magat would?

The blame should have been on trump. Biden pardoned Fauci because trump was trying to focus the blame on Fauci. Typical trump, have someone else take the blame for his failures.
Xavier Bacerra appointed Dr Lawrence Tabek who was questioned by congress. They asked “did NIH fund gain-of-function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through [Manhattan-based nonprofit] EcoHealth [Alliance]?” His response was “It depends on your definition of gain-of-function research. If you’re speaking about the generic term, yes, we did.” That's a 100% contradiction to what Fauci said.

Your analysis is that it's Trump's fault.

No. I'm not blaming Biden any more than I'm blaming Trump. That said it's clear that Fauci lied about Wuhan funding. The excuses are we didn't fund Wuhan, we funded Eco Health Alliance who funded Wuhan. Or that we didn't tell them how to use the money. Or that it wasn't the lab, it was a wet market. Give me a break!

I don't think Fauci wanted the virus to escape but I do think he went out of his way to cover his own butt.

I get it, you're used to trump failures so you don't know what success is. Someone should not be able to walk by and pull the coating off. It was not coated correctly and a complete failure. But in your eyes, you call that a trump success. Fool.

The person in charge was trump. Fauci could have been replaced at any time but it was trumps decision to keep him. There's one person to blame and it's just another failure of trump. The failures keep piling up and some of you will always want to blame someone else.

So even believing that he covered his butt, we are here in a thread about him killing millions. So I don’t think it is wild that he pardoned him, particularly after some of the charges we’ve seen.

Do you know how many leftists have now been arrested for destroying our national monument? They're not just pulling coating off lol they're using poles and tools to literally gouge and chip at it. One pro-algae protester (how mentally unstable do you have to be to fall into this camp btw) was just arrested for bringing a pitchfork with him to do damage to it. Absolute lunatics.

trump can't even get concreted painted, it's that simple. He's a failure at everything he does and you're a failure for blindly following him.

It gets old seeing maga claim that the virus escaped from a lab when that has never been proven because the Chinese refuse to cooperate. The wet market is a very plausible theory because 75% of all emerging viruses are zoonotic in nature, so why wouldn't that theory be dominant?

And there is no proof that he lied, that is simply a narrative. It's disgusting that this 80 year old man who has faithfully served our country for 50 years is being treated this way because Trump supporters don't want to place the blame where it belongs. Good luck ever getting competent medical professionals to work for the govt again after this despicable railroad job.

Known Human Pathogens: Of the approximately 1,415 pathogens known to infect humans, about 800 are classified as zoonotic. Viruses make up a massive portion of these, with major groups—such as influenza, coronaviruses, Ebola, and rabies—originating in animal hosts.

Viral Trends: RNA viruses—such as coronaviruses and filoviruses—are responsible for the vast majority of new zoonotic spillover events.

Out of 586 specific mammalian viruses known to science, nearly 45% have been detected in humans, with the vast majority (roughly 71%) of those being zoonotic in nature

Anthony Fauci was convicted of crimes?
I will help you both.

A poster said… “That said I don't understand Biden's preemptive pardon of Fauci.”

dpic responded to that saying that was crazy and that Fauci should have been pre-emptively pardoned because he got death threats.

So I asked what does that have to do with absolving from any crimes he may have committed. He certainly won’t want that to apply to Trump who has gotten death threats. Nor should he.

Get it?

The Trump administration made the U.S. less prepared and handled the response badly once it arrived.

They reduced U.S. public-health presence in China, reorganized or weakened pandemic-preparedness roles, botched the early testing rollout, and then spent months downplaying the threat and muddying CDC messaging instead of treating it like a serious public-health emergency.

The Trump administration made the U.S. more vulnerable before COVID and less effective once it was here.
