From my understanding, and someone correct if I'm wrong, but it is planned for a full-game release (ie college bball only) in early 2027, but until then, there is a side mode in the recent NBA 2K game(s) that feature select college teams.
I addressed this in a previous post. A lot of people are very confused with OLD news. The integration into NBA 2K was long speculated as a DLC pack. That already happened and it was not a DLC pack. It was a My-Team only addition to NBA 2K26 for free.
I'm just a average player. I hop on and play sports games for a few minutes or war games like battlefield. If I was a serious gamer and spent the amount of time on them like I used to i would definitely get a pc. I'm just not that great when it comes to technology and stuff.

Nahhh. I play 2k8, college hoops 2k6 on the 360, 2k11 and 12, and ncaa football 06. I actually started out on Xbox. But I had a PS2 also. They lost me with Xbox one. Awful console. Xbox 360 is my goat. PS2 isn’t far behind.

And no, I don't care what a bunch of casual gamers think about this....and yes, anyone who thought EA rushing a full game with every team (both men's and women's) was going to be a good game doesn't follow the space. That's just how I see it. Some of you even mentioned gacha by 2K as a reason and apparently don't even know EA are industry leaders in microtransactions.
