For $633 million dollars, you might be surprised how gay someone might decide to be.

The Republican Party is a three ring circus right now, but luckily for them this nonsense is their only competition.
It’s 17ing crazy the things they push opposite of the 80/20 split

To cash in on this massive DEI windfall, applicants must complete an “LGBTBE Certification” process that includes a deeply invasive questionnaire. We are talking about questions involving marriage licenses, what the program describes as “completed or attempted parenting efforts,” evidence of transition surgery, and even a letter of approval from a so-called “recognized LGBT organization.” In other words, a government-appointed panel is now in the business of deciding whether you are authentically gay enough to deserve public money. If that does not strike you as unconstitutional, you have not been paying attention.

My last corporate job was for Owens corning. When I was onboarded, my boss emphasized that he had to show me the vids. They bragged about their scoring, I think at the time they were top 4 in the loon ****. The video I watched was about one of the admin assistants at the corporate level bragging on how much the OC folks helped her son transition when he "declared" at 4 he was really a she.

I cannot say I was pleased with any training coming down from corporate because it all was about the DEI and nothing to do with work.

So a gay marriage makes you gay? Single quirs need not apply? You can’t make this up.

Some of ya'll need to watch Californication Season 6 Episode 4 before deciding it is worth it to pose as gay for money. Poor Charlie Runkle went down that road, almost became known as a c**sucker for life, got beat up by his gay boss, fired and ostracized by the gay mafia in Hollywood.

I’d rather eat home-grown-hand-shelled butterbeans and wash it down with water from the hose that suck Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s well-traveled dickkk.

Since this thread is about to get locked, I’ll just stick this here for anybody who is at all confused about why California Dems want no voter ID. They have decriminalized voter fraud and it is rampant now…

Is it true people were driving to California to vote in their elections recently. I saw this on social media but generally disregard anything I see there without verification. Why even bother having elections if that’s true? Just appoint leaders and steal the money you save holding a sham election.

I have no way of knowing what’s true out there. I became interested when the guys on the All In podcast were commenting about the statistical impossibility of the late votes falling the way they were in the LA mayoral race, unless legalized voter fraud was happening to get Pratt out of the race…

I read that bullsheet too. It's hard to believe these are grown people with an IQ above 70 putting these questionnaires and programs in place.

Unsure if you got the memo but we don’t care about the constitution, the rule of law, outright corruption, moral character or anything of the like. Get with the times.

It is not true. Ask yourself if you’ve ever voted without having a poll worker check you off a voter roll. You, and many others, are being played by politicians. California requires proper ID to register to vote. They have voter rolls at their polling places. They check off people as they show up to vote, but do lot require you to show your ID at the polling places.

therefore, to have widespread voter fraud ( and lets define that as electing dems instead of R’s) you would have to have: 1) masses of democrats showing up to polling places knowing names and addresses of republican voters 2) claim to be them and cute as ten for the Democrat and 3) now that republican was not going to show up and try to vote themselves

and if all that happened, their disenfranchised republicans would then have to just shuffle back home quietly and be sad that they missed their chance to vote without making a lot of noise or reporting it

if, after reading all that, anyone still believed the stolen election ******** I can only say at least you fell for one of the best con men to ever walk the earth

You don't have to drive to California, they will mail you a ballot

So you’re saying that basically everything David Friedberg, a lifelong Californian and democrat, said in the 3 minute video I linked above is wrong about how voting in California works today and you know better sitting here in Mississippi??

Watch the video and tell me where he’s wrong and you’re right??

Thankfully feds have gone away from DEI % in contracts. Was a cheat the whole time
DEI is not a contracting mechanism. It's a hiring mechanism.

What you are thinking about is DBE (disadvantaged business enterprise), and it still exists. They did, however, get rid of race and gender from it. Nowadays the idea is having to prove your 'disadvantaged' status, which, the LGBT community is sure to try to do.

Sure does seem like a lot of fellas spend a lot of time worrying (wondering?) about other fellas being gay.

Reminds me of a classic Onion:
