England just subbed in Rashford and Saka, dang, that’s depth. Madueke played well on the right side, he made a great crossing pass, a great chance.
agree on both points. When a team is down late in the match, the back line is playing up. It can lead to offensive opportunities for that team. But, it also leaves them vulnerable to a nice counter.
The passing on the play, and then Rashford's finish were top notch.

And Columbia retakes the lead a short time later (after Uzbekistan had controlled things for a few minutes after their goal).

Ronaldo is one of my favorite soccer players of all time, but he probably no longer should be a starter on a major European power and maybe even shouldn't be on the team. At this point, he's probably doing more harm to Portugal than good. I just heard on the Sirius Soccer Channel that he now hasn't scored a goal in ten consecutive games for Portugal.
