It was one of the worst movies I've seen in a long time, Emily Blunt was awesome. Full Disclosure, it's Aliens and the ending sucks.

I liked it. Wasn't thrilled with the ending, but it wasn't unlike other endings we've seen. Emily Blunt's performance was outstanding! Will be shocked if she doesn't win an Oscar for it.
I went with my girlfriend last night, we both thought it was pretty good but not great. Was a little hard to follow in spots but not to the point of being confusing. We both agreed the ending sucked.
I agree with Emily Blunt's performance, the other actor was irritating to watch. Must have been those ears, makes Michael Phelps ears look normal.
I was hoping for something with an eerie X Files type of vibe but overall it was just kinda corny. Didn't hate it but for anyone who hasn't seen it I'd say just wait to stream

So weird the perspective that life being found in the universe would weaken someone’s belief in God. It’s gotta be the other way around, right?
An empty universe would lean more towards us being an accident than thinking someone or something created a universe the size of this one and only put interesting life on one nondescript blue speck?

I get it. I don't think she's unattractive, but I don't get the constant media focus on how hot she is. She's not HOT. She's a solid 6.5-7. Not bad, but not approaching super model territory.
yes there are many actresses that are way overrated for looks. Nicole Kidman and Anne Hathaway are in the same boat. she's aw-ight.
I guess it’s a function of what you mean by a 1 to 10 scale.
If a 10 is a woman in the top 10% of all women for beauty, I’m thinking Emily Blunt is a 10, even if she’s not close to the most beautiful women.
And, for me, the fact that she’s a great actress makes her more attractive.

This thread is nuts. Emily Blunt is plenty good looking even if it does look like she busted her upper lip on the handle bar of her bike. If you are over 35, any girl your age who is still slim is at least a 6.
Feel like it's smarter to do this on a bell curve. 40% being a 5 or 6. 5% being a 1 or a 10. (So 2.5% end up beings 10) 10s are often to each their own based on personal preference. She lands solidly in hard 8 / soft 9 at this age. She was a hard 9 pushing soft 10 in Edge of Tomorrow. It's hard to be a 10 at 43. For her age bracket, yea - 10.
Y'all that thinks she was ever a 10 are settlers. She is a solid 8 and that is all she ever was. I have been with 10s and she is not that.

Charlize Theron was a 10 at her best, but I would agree she sort of fluctuated even in her prime based on the look she was going for.
Her face is average. Her body is well above average, especially based on age. I think this is one of those few instances of a woman being charismatic and likeable enough that it really changes how people view her looks. I think Jennifer Lawrence is the same way. Lawrence is definitely prettier and I don't think anybody would describe her as average, but she was never pretty/hot in proportion to the way people salivated over her.
I saw an interview somewhere about what it’s like to be on a set with her. She’s apparently one of those magnetic personalities who are much more attractive when you’re in their presence than just a picture can convey.
