Feels like it. There are a lot of new/additional reasons a recruit might rate NU highly. Beyond the stadium, hiring Chip Kelly says we are serious about competing at the highest level. Credit to Braun for thinking big. (Note: I don't believe Fitz's ego would have allowed him to bring in someone like Kelly.)
