1. Its an election year, so everything is politicized
2. A lot of people don't like Trump. People who don't tend to be vocal about it
3. UFC and MMA isn't everyone's cup of tea
4. Some people don't like the idea of events at the White House, regardless of party politics
5. The event was very well organized and produced
6. The event had no overt political agenda. Not a partisan event
7. Josh Hokits post fight comments were in poor taste. He wanted to go viral, and he did.

9. The event was extremely respectful of the nation's capital. Delicately showcased the history and beauty of the grounds.
