Been planting less and less down there in recent years. Good to see a brief period of rain. Several posters on this site seem completely unaware that farmers and ranchers are growing significantly less food than they were in the past. And it’s due to lack of water.

This doesn’t make me feel any better about adding a couple more million people in Arizona.
But you can't seem to get your head around that recent adding millions of people to Ariz has LOWERED the water consumption !

So under your water management degree, Ariz should ADD MILLIONS of people !

The Navajo want their allocation of Colorado river water raised up to the millions of acre feet so they can irrigate their desert. They are working thru the Federal agencies and looking for millions of Federal dollars to build the infrastructure to use it. I'm sure the Colorado farmers would agree as long as it comes from central Arizona.

I didn't say he was a good person.

He died at Hot Springs having a portrait partially completed. In attendance; the painter, and his mistress of TWENTY years.

He worked Congress very well with for the most part razor thin margins.
I said he was horse **** as a President. I don’t care what he was as a person. His policies were total crap. As usual Dem policies are not good for the economy.

Train by default doesn’t support much of anything in this list, mentally ill childless cat-man Jeff will laugh at it, but some impressive achievements - none of which happen under Kamala and in fact things would get worse.

Happy 250th deranged!

If you truly care (you don’t, you just like to complain), you would get off the internet since data centers (the internet) use water and would also quit golfing and leave Colorado to save water for the Navajo.

This is something coming from the guy that has complained about the vaccine for 5 years, and then voted for the guy that funded the development of the vaccine. I guess you just like to complain.

Imagine voting to ruin all of the things that you profess to value. You Democrat communists will be rounded up and executed by the very people you vote into office once you have helped destroy the last pockets of freedom. Kind of like that stupid woman in Iran in 1979 who helped overthrow the Shah only to be executed within years.

Stuck on stupid is the phrase that comes to mind.
You are very lucky that the State Facility that you are committed to allows you access to email.

How many farmers in the midwest "didn't survive" when farming methods changed and small family farms were no longer competitive? How about the artisans that made buggies that those family farmers used?

The solution is for the Colorado river basin to quit subsidizing water prices so people can farm in the desert. 70-80% goes to agriculture and takes away farming business from water rich areas outside the Colorado river basin because the water is cheap. You are celebrating uneconomic farmers in Colorado.

As far as the Navajo, they didn't use hardly any Colorado river water for irrigation historically. The Navajo are a sad people (today) living in poverty because they want to stay on their reservation with few natural resources, other than a desert that would bloom with water. The liberals solution, and perhaps yours, is to turn them into farmers, which they were not in history with cheap plentiful water from the Colorado river. Then they could have a future living off of cheap water. I hope it comes from Colrado's allotment.

ps. they have tried casinos but no one wants to go there. It is the middle of no where.

Haha squish. First of all, I was speaking about personal actions that YOU refuse to take about that which you are complaining. It is very safe to assume that you will remain a totally hypocrite by continuing to use the internet, live in Colorado and golf.

For the death jab, unlike you, I took actions. I defied mandates at work and did not take it. I avoided countries and states that did try to coerce you.

As for your tired Trump derangement, I fully supported funding the Covid vax research. You not being an engineer fail to comprehend that lots of R&D goes nowhere. It is sometimes call iRAD money. I fully supported Trump initially telling people to take it since the supposed experts said it was safe, effective and helpful. I fully supported President Trump NOT mandating that crap and not preventing people from access to society, etc.

Being a deranged moron, you fail to be upset by the civil liberty violations that began at noon on January 20, 2021. Like a rape victim, you refuse to blame your attacker and instead lash out at the guy who did not mandate you take it.

And then in 2024 you took your strongest stand yet and voted none of the above. Way to go squish!

Oh my, I feel guilty! The 4 member MAGA circle jerk think I should move. LMFAO morons.
You always get things wrong. We think you are smart to remain in Florida. We know you are stupid to vote Democrat since they would destroy what you profess to love.

Dems never feel guilty despite the carnage their party brings on America and the world.

This is absolutely not my solution. I wouldn’t tell anyone to invest in farming in the SW. I believe you and others were talking about how you should buy farmland on the Colorado River because it’s such a steal. I think the exact opposite. I think we need to relocate people and farming communities to places that actually have water. You guys seem to think more people and more farms, and desalinated water from the ocean a few hundred miles away are the answer.
