That might help, but these guys have to start swing at strikes some of the pitches are not even close to being strikes.
Spencer Strider with another arm injury (Elbow AND Shoulder) - he could be cooked for good. That Braves rotation is looking very vulnerable. I would not be surprised if the Phils really eat into that division lead
Split 2 games in Milwaukee started by Nola and painter … with Sanchez going tomorrow to win the series. Take that every time
Ugh. And they’re still paying Walker and Casty, both of whom could have been moderately useful as this season wears on. They’re at least warm bodies who can play when needed.
First five batters, 1for 20. They really need to change their approach. That and last in DRS(defensive runs saved)need the all-star break now!
Typically Phillies - their best pitcher gives up a few and they focus on him rather than the hitters that have generally the worst approach to hitting I’ve ever seen.
4 runs not the best but something this team should be able to offset with a little hitting.
