Australia always has at least one top class goal every tournament. They just went Route 1 from end-to-end for a pretty goal. Up 1-0 on Turkey, who were a finger tip save from equalizing with the goal of the tournament.
I didn’t stay up for the match last night but sounds like Australia looked good
Was flying out of Dublin on Thursday. Our terminal was mass congregation of Scots. Talked to a few of them as they all were ecstatic about being apart of the Cup. Have always pulled for the Tartan Army as they are always one of the underdogs at Euros. Goal differential is the only thing now holding them back from advancing. One of my college teammates was from the neighboring island Aruba. He pronounced it Kurcow.
I’ve never heard it pronounced with the s. Granted, I’m not talking curacuo all that much.

Bit the bullet today and bought tickets to the most coveted game of the tournament, Algeria v Austria.
I probably would have done the same thing if I didn't have plans that weekend. Cheapest of the KC games. Was hoping the game this weekend with Ecuador vs. Curacao would drop, but it's gone up over $100 since last week. The KC Fan Fest will be the closest I get it looks like

Still scoreless in stoppage time, and CV just had a shot from point-blank range that could've won it. That would have been one of the biggest upsets in WC history.
