I would honestly bet the farm on Spurs to win game 5. Scott Foster. NBA wants more games. They've already been helping the Spurs every game. And closing it out in 6 for Knicks at home, where they get the ticket sales for another game at MSG, is very lucrative.

Lets do the math. 20,000 seats at MSG. Lets just use the cheapest seat for game 6 which ill be conservstive and say its $5k. Thats $100 MILLION in ticket sales. And we know its far more than that with many seats going well over 50k. I wouldn't be shocked if its closet to half a billion. Edit: chatgpt says game 4 was nearly $210mil in ticket sales.

The NBA isnt going to give that up lol. Spurs game 5. Bet it all.

What's the ******* defense on this play. It's absolutely terrible. So much wrong here. Just stay home Wemby. . Castle is sufficient enough to defend Brunson. He's nowhere near Brunson. If he makes that shot from out there you just go to the other end(technically you call TO, design a play, and take the ball out at HC)

Mitch Johnson is the reason the Spurs lost. He was just along for the ride in the 2nd half it seemed.

As I was saying.

That one is trickier. I dont feel as strong about the Spurs neccesarily winning by a comfortable margin, as I do that the NBA is going to pull some strings to get them to game 6.

That said, I probably would bet them to cover at 5.5.
I don’t bet either way.

But for some reason I think the Knicks win tonight.

Im gonna throw like $500 at the spurs to win. Which means its a lock for the Knicks to win this lol. I dont usually bet either, but when I see these scenarios where it just makes too much sense for the league to push the series, I cant not throw some money at it.

Yeah if I were betting I'd take the Spurs. Plus I'd love to see New York win the title in New York. I think it'd be very naive to think the NBA wants the series to end tonight. I'm not a Knicks fan but I've seen them be nothing but mostly a mess my whole life (born in 83). I watched the Spurs win 5 since 1999 and they'll almost assuredly be adding to it in the near future.

Interesting. I'm really intrigued to see how the Spurs bounce back from their game 4 debacle. This series has been incredibly entertaining to say the least.
There’s no reason for me to think NY wins.

Logic says the Spurs win. But there’s just something different about these Knicks.

NBA has become a total joke. There’s at least 5 fouls and 3 walks not called every trip down the court. KAT walked two times and was fouled three times just on one play alone and nothing was called.

If you aren't a fan of either team and each team has a UK player(s) on it how do you determine who you want to win. And do you really even care who wins?

how can you not feel bad for Fox as a UK fan. The guy can't hit anything and he couldn't miss as much as he is if he did it purpose(yes, i know, thats a bit of an exaggeration but there is some truth to it) in the most important games in his career so far.
