I just wanted to share my personal approach to this coming season. It’s easy to speculate, I do it myself. But after hearing so much last season about our Ferrari of a team, and a few seasons before that about stacked talent and getting number 9, and this year about predictions of being some offensive juggernaut, I thought it would be good for me to have a different approach. This year, why not just step back and just enjoy watching the team? Why not remove expectations on strengths, weaknesses, or identity? I’m going enjoy watching the team blossom into what they may.

Then I remembered, this is KENTUCKY AND NO THANKS GO BIG BLUE!!! 40-0.

peace suckers we will be awesome and the irrational insanity is what makes this fanbase great and this definitely needed a new thread.

For some, the complaining about things is part of the experience and I don’t mean that in a bad way. There’s people like my uncle that are as passionate as anyone I know and I think he complains because i think he likes the high stakes and drama of it.

As long as people are constructive, I see no harm in being “negative” or whatnot personally. I do believe a good fan cheers just as hard as they criticize though. But calling bad play “good” is just as dishonest as calling good play “bad.”

That said, can’t wait till the ball tips off.

I’ll be able to tell what this team is about pretty early in the season. I’m much more skeptical about it than this time last year.
If Diallo and Wilkins can be good together, maybe we can surprise.

All comes down to #24. If he can become honorable mention AA level — they have a chance. I’m talking 15-8-2. If it’s closer to 10-6-2 then I don’t see it happening.

For many it wasn't the losses but how the team appeared to simply quit and get blown out like we had almost never seen before. Those observances made it a challenge to be supportive no matter.

Just read that Hawthorne measured at six eight and a half. A 7'3 wingspan and a 36-in vertical I think he's going to pay some big dividends. Didn't get his weight and that's going to be an important issue

Man, that guy has grown a ton since he signed a few weeks ago to play with his older brother.
