This case was racist. Karmelo never stood a chance. Now all the white folk are claiming he got what he deserved. It was self defense. No way the white kid would be sent to prison if the roles were reversed.
The defense literally tried to convince people that Austin metcalf impaled himself on Karmelo's knife and couldn't find a single witness who could vouch for his character as a person (because he's a piece of sh it who is now getting his cheeks clapped in prison. He should have been publicly hung for what he did btw. 35 years is still too light of a sentencing)
