Election DAY.....not month.

This could end the democrats. They can't challenge it in court either.

Oh Shizzles… 👀

🚨There’s Real Hope for California: SCOTUS could potentially END “Election Month” Once and For All!

Right now, the U.S. Supreme Court is preparing to rule in a major case called Watson v. Republican National Committee.

What the case is about:
Federal law has long set a clear Election Day for president, Senate, and House races—the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. But some states, including Mississippi (and California), allow mail ballots that are postmarked by Election Day to still be counted if they arrive several days later.

Mississippi gives a five-business-day “grace period.”

Challengers argue this violates federal law that says ballots must actually be received by Election Day.

What it implies for California and the country:

The Supreme Court heard arguments in March, and most justices appeared READY TO SIDE WITH THE CHALLENGERS. If they rule that way (expected this month), it would strike down those post-Election Day counting windows in roughly 15 states plus D.C.—including California’s rules—for all federal elections.

That means no more “ballots keep trickling in” for days or weeks after polls close.

How impactful could this be?

Absolutely Huge. It means Faster, clearer results on Election Night instead of weeks later.

This is checkmate

Because a good number of democrat "voters" aren't real and many of them in places like CA are paid drug addicts who only vote by mail in exchange for cash and drugs from democrat run NGOs. Ballot harvesting also must be ended.
Oh sure, sure - tens of millions aren't real because you said so. And be afraid, very afraid of the paid drug addicts that regularly flip elections. :poop:

a little off topic for sure, but I don't know if you saw it, but an African American congresswoman from Pennsylvania just said that if there are not reparations, African Americans will "tap out" and just not vote. I doubt if she speaks for all or even a majority of African Americans, but having even a small number of minority Americans just give up the vote isn't good for the country IMO

There are some Republicans that will tap out if the Epstein files aren't released as mandated by law. I doubt if they speak for all or even a majority of republicans, but having even a small number of Republicans just give up the vote is good for the country IMO

Yah, I wouldn't put much stock in that statement as blacks are highly motivated. Not sure if you've seen this video clip but it's gone mega-viral. Black participation will not be a concern in the mid-terms.

LOL. Clickbait speculation that may or may not come true.
My take from listening to the oral argument on the drive up to dc a few months back, from my scotus thread:

1. Election Day is indeed a single day by federal law, but the statute doesnt shed light on what has to happen on after or before that day.
2. What probably has to happen is the voter has to cast a ballot and a state has to receive it for the vote to be perfected.
3. Because federal law doesn’t provide any more detail or restriction on those two things, states have latitude to decide what is sufficient.
4. In the absence of further federal restriction, It is reasonable for states to define receipt as providing the completed ballot on or before Election Day to the state itself, or to mail/common carrier.
5. In the absence of further federal restriction, it is reasonable for a state to allow some modest grace period for ballots to be delivered by the common carrier after the day.
6. Open questions:
A. Do you have to have proof of deposit or postmark pre Election Day? (Some states actually don’t!).
B. Is there an outer limit of how long after Election Day is reasonable? (5 days in ms case will be ok).

So that would mean no counting of votes after midnight?
If its a federal election would that mean midnight eastern time?

It doesn't take 10s of millions of votes to steal an election. It takes 10s of thousands in specific areas. Nice try though?
Says who, Insurrection Barbie? Think about what you're saying, 10s of thousands of people and not a single one spilling the beans - not even ONE name of anyone who participated in mass election fraud, not one. It's a complete impossibility and only gets a lot of support from Trump supporters who have been trained to believe it without evidence.

People like you are a pox on our country.

You're doing the meme about pretending not to understand basic things thus making discourse impossible. There is mountains of evidence btw. It's literally been documented on video in the last few months in California lol that doesn't even begin to cover the 2020 election. Mail in ballots are a known vector of fraud. You really should just take your L and move on

LMAO, we all know who your sources are so we all know you don't know sh*t. Let me know when the arrests take place because I can't take an L until we have arrests made for mass election fraud - but there won't be any.... bank it.

There is ZERO evidence, facts, or basis for ANY voter fraud in 2020 that effected the presidential election. None. It's never been proven, other than correlation; there are zero proven facts, peer reviewed studies, or court cases that were ruled in favor of election fraud. Just talk. Just propaganda.

It’s hilarious you think this isn’t going to hurt Republican voters also. Voting should be made as easy as possible. A century of next to no voter fraud and b i t c h boy comes along, gets beat, and suddenly it’s rigged…and y’all fell for it.

Nothing significant will change. Daley in Chicago and Long in Louisiana perfected winning strategies decades ago. Winners aren't interesting in finding voting fraud.

"It’s not about arguments. It’s about facts.

I know one great fact about American elections, and I know it because the Republican Party has proved it to me:

There is no election fraud of any consequence anywhere in the United States.

The Republican Party and its allies, FOR DECADES, have been searching high and low, in every corner of our country, for evidence of election fraud.

This effort has been made with vast sums of money and other resources, and with some of the greatest powers in our nation at the party’s disposal:

A presidential commission under President Donald Trump.

The Department of Justice under President Donald Trump, armed with the resources of the FBI, and the powers of subpoena.

Committees of Congress under Republican control, also armed with the powers of subpoena and the investigative resources of the first branch of government.

State legislatures under Republican control, also with subpoena powers, have launched similar efforts to find evidence of election fraud.

Republican-controlled states have set up special commissions and task forces, some with subpoena powers, all well-funded and with access to the state’s electoral systems.

Conservative academics and think tanks have launched projects seeking out evidence of election fraud.

Fox News and the rest of MAGA media have dedicated significant resources to finding evidence of election fraud.

What is the result of this enormous Republican effort to find election fraud?

Ask The Heritage Foundation.

For nearly a decade, Heritage has maintained an “Election Fraud Database.”

The database contains “proven instances of election fraud.”

It covers elections going back nearly fifty years.

That’s billions and billions of American votes.

Right now, the total number of proven instances of election fraud that Heritage can document is:

1620.

That’s an infinitesimal number, vanishingly small, and it is solid proof of two things:

1. Some individuals commit election fraud.

2. There is no evidence at all of systemic or even widespread election fraud anywhere in the USA.

The election-fraud panic is the Big Lie of our time.

It is peddled by people who know better. Their own investigations over decades demonstrate that.

Stop trying to subvert our democracy.

Send me links from ACTUAL verified sources where either of these claims ACTUALLY influenced elections. Do it. I dare you. Send me the court cases where they were proven to CHANGE the election outcome. Give me proof of ANY kind that these things actually made someone win and the other person lose. Send me actual, verified, proof that election fraud has happened and it's effected elections on any level, but specifically the level where the frauded party lost and the cheating party won.

Send me one proof or claim of evidence. Please, do it. Show me. Prove me wrong

The midterm elections are federal elections so the mail in voting will be minimized and tracked rock solid.
I’m not following you.

It’s all combined - federal, state and local elections.

As an example, you have congress and governor on your ballots, not to mention other state and local offices. No?

I bet you also believe against simple common truths such as the earth is round, vaccines are safe and effective, republican presidents cause recession, etc.
