Coach should be happy there. Glad for him.

Getting players in here certainly was not his problem. The core of this year’s lineup was his guys. Plenty of high level talent brought in:Hope he can find him the elixir to get some players in there, because if he couldn't do it here I don't see how he's gonna do it there.
GTFO with that garbage. Talent is players that do something. 17 the paperGetting players in here certainly was not his problem. The core of this year’s lineup was his guys. Plenty of high level talent brought in:

Host of decent relievers: Auger, Simmons, Davis, Hardin, Siary, others.
The problems Lemonis had was that the sum was always less than the parts after 2021. And, he just never recovered from the 1-2 punch of the 2022 pitching injuries and Foxhall’s disastrous pitching recruiting class of 2021 where we literally added 1 guy that even gave us 10 good innings.
But he’s more than capable of finding talent.
Lol. What? Winning the MVP of the CWS, being a 1st Round pick (at least 5-6 guys on that list), Freshmen of Year in college baseball this year, 1st Team All-SEC, having a 1.000+ OPS season (or multiple such seasons), none of that is “doing something”?GTFO with that garbage. This is fact. 2021 proves he can manage when he has players. College coaching is about recrootin. And he sucked.

BYOBYou think his contract comes with a bucket or does he have to provide that himself.
He's got a good resume compared to most. If I was hiring him, I would want him to answer "what happened" following 2021. We never seem to recover with such a national brand and fanbase that we have.I wish him well, hope we can honor him for 2021 and 2019 one day.
I think this may be an iffy hire for them. This feels a little too comfy for him.
Yep, he's basically back to where he came from. Believe he grew up in Myrtle Beach if I'm not mistaken.Didn't know his wife is a Coastal alum, good for them.
It would only take a few phone calls to figure out what happened. He is lazy. And he is pretty awkward in person. Never looks anyone in the eye. He inherited that team, dubmass. Bednar didn't win it by himself.Lol. What? You might wanna sit the next few plays out.
He inherited a team that won the CWS three years into his tenure? He inherited that team, dubmass. Bednar didn't win it by himself.
I honestly cannot believe we have people here taking up for Lemonis.
Yep he can live in MB if he wants (I wouldn't). It's just a short drive away. Prolly wind live somewhere south of MB. Maybe Georgetown since he also likes Charleston a lot.Yep, he's basically back to where he came from. Believe he grew up in Myrtle Beach if I'm not mistaken.
I really hope you're being a smartass. He inherited a team that won the CWS three years into his tenure?
This has bothered me since it happened and I've never heard ANY so called writers ask him that. I've heard from some of the posters here that he got lazy, just went to showcase events and tournaments, blah blah blah but no idea if this was the cause of the high degree of suckitude we suffered in '22 and '23 or not. It will be interesting to see how he approaches this new opportunity, be it aggressively on the road or passively from the bucket. If I was hiring him, I would want him to answer "what happened" following 2021.

Correct it ain't that difficult. Guy is a good baseball coach but that's not what gets you paid in college ball - finding players and creating a culture is.It would only take a few phone calls to figure out what happened.
