Sounds like Connor Mirasola will be wrestling. With it so close to Final X, I doubt any Final X participants will take a spot.

I believe the guys who won at U23 get the spot regardless. For example Sealey can take the 74 kg spot from Ruiz for the World Championships but Ruiz will have the 1st choice for Pan Ams that's how I think it is

Van Ness hasn't done freestyle since 2019.

Davis went to the U20 US Open in 2024. Lost to Kysion Garcia in the Round of 16. Then lost to Sam Herring in the consolation round of 8 first round. He's not done freestyle since then.

I did not think the ref was particularly any good. It's freestyle so I do understand the importance of controlling center. I'll give her another chance though.
