I’m of the “you’d better beat San Antonio now because they’re going to be monsters in coming years” mindset.

Correct, if they dont pull this series out, the experience will give these young guys some extra drive and they may go on a serious run. Until somebody wants out for a max deal that is....

I watch WEMBY. o_O and think he needs a burger or 20. His legs don’t look like they can support him for too long.

Not sure this is common knowledge: Spike Lee (just turned 13 years old) was at MSG for Game 7 of the 1970 NBA finals.

Josh Hart, dang. What a professional. Jrue Holiday vibes. Proud he’s from Montgomery County, MD.

KAT barreling down the lane, best way to neutralize Wemby. He'll shoot over smaller defenders.

Knicks-Spurs is so much better than anything involving that OKC team. It would have been a disaster for the league for OKC to be in the Finals flopping around like dead fish.

Yeah, flopping is a big part of OKC’s identity. Still, KAT hits the floor ten times a game.

I do think that flopping is out of hand around the league, but OKC took it to another level. I read somewhere that great players historically were trying to make the basket and getting a foul call was not the focus. But OKC is trying to draw the foul, and making the basket is not the focus. It totally changes the aesthetic of the game.

I'm a Sixers fan, so the Knicks are a team I never root for. Tonight's game (game 4 in the NBA Championships), was a heck of a comeback by the Knicks. The 4th quarter was pretty insane.

Brutal. I have a close friend who is from San Antonio and is a huge Spurs fan. I don't even dare call him right now. Up 29 and you lose by 1 on a tip in at the very end. Just brutal.

I wonder if Spurs fans will be safe from assault and being lit on fire by Knicks fans tonight? Worst city of “fans” … and it’s not even close. I hope they lose the next 3 by 60 each.

What? I was being nice. No rooting interest in the Spurs … it’s just that NYC sports fans are the genital wart of sports fans ... if those genital warts spent every waking moment trying to convince you that they were the best thing to ever live. The 53 years in which the Knicks haven’t won the title is 2,500 years too short of how long the drought should be.

I went to bed at halftime. Thought there was no way the Knicks could come all the way back. Teams always make a run but, I thought 27 was a bit too much. The Spurs really helped the Knicks out the entire 2nd half, only scoring 30 total points. Lots of bad shots, early in the clock especially.

I have to say that I hate seeing the camera go onto the celebrities at courtside. Maybe I’d feel differently if they simply avoided showing Timothee Chalamet, but I kinda doubt that.

Yeah, the game started horribly for New York, first play KAT gets called for a foul.

Everyone gets the runs in the NBA.

This has been a really entertaining series. I'm not a fan of either team, although I grew up in upstate NY. But there is no way this series ends in five games. The NBA will not allow it. Based on my experience with NY fans, they will immediately flip from being on top of the world to the depths of despair after a game 5 loss. God forbid that the Knicks then lose game 6 at home. It will be hilarious to see how the NY fans react to that.

In fact, I predict this series goes seven games.
