In Huskeronline Pod on Friday it was mentioned that the media would often have to wait for Dylan to make his appearance - 45-60 past his schedule time he was supposed to be there would be when he showed up.

Rhule - you can’t talk about process, being excellent in the little things and having accountability across the program and let this crap happen. It’s such a slap in the face to every player who does it right and degrades your entire message.

Media - call out the hypocrisy while it’s happening! At least ask some level of leading questions - off the record at first and then publicly air it out if nothing changes.

Embarrassing and aligns with the “Pink shoes” story Kong relayed. If it’s going to be your cornerstone of coaching hold EVERYONE accountable. Rhule must have missed that little nugget when Belichick came to talk to the coaches a couple of years ago.

Get it together!!!!

Railla’s departure will be an opportunity to return the program to its blue collar roots. Relevance chasing like Calibraska and the flashy Frost offense (neither materialized) is a dead end. Get good coaches and rebuild the program from its scaffolding.

Run the damn ball

We've gone through such Hell as a fanbase since DONU got away from that mindset... Most everyone in this state knows what identity works best for this team and yet the coaching staff can't seem to figure it out... especially in a conference such as the B1G. Like Severe said to Adam the other day, a modern adaptation of Power Run/option football can still work and if done correctly could be a complete disruptor to opposing teams. Emmett single handedly kept this dismal team in the fight last year... without him I can only shudder to think what the record would've been... RUN THE FRIGGEN BALL!!!

Jimmy Jonson? I know we have people that think Bo was a bad coach, but people think that Jimmy Johnson was a bad coach??
Raiola was not that guy.

Honestly, he would have been the guy who would have got into a fight in practice with nobody coming to his aid back in my glory days(NAIA football!). Then we would have laughed about it afterward over beers because he cried.

There is no doubt the "Raiola Cleanse" is an absolute WIN for the program.

From Dylan the statue worried about stats, not wins to Uncle Donnie leading a horrid O line, to pops Dom trying to call shots and put the program 2nd.

Sad to say, but good riddance to all of them. Time to move forward with an identity that I believe was disrupted when Dylan said yes.

You get it together, bud.

We all stand behind HC Matt Rhule, not "BRedBigMax0" the forum crybaby crying about players being late to press conferences where Sipple is wearing an STP Oil hat sipping on a mocha latte.

This is a prime example of how programs underachieve. You can't have two sets of rules. Regardless of what is said or not said publicly, players hate that. And inevitably it will affect team performance on the field! The only way in won't is if everything falls into place perfectly and there's no adversity.
Media - call out the hypocrisy while it’s happening! At least ask some level of leading questions - off the record at first and then publicly air it out if nothing changes.
This is the way it's been done for years. Wait until the situation changes and then everyone starts to talk. It was really obvious when Callahan and Riley lost support.

It seems like this was a comment that was “blessed” by NU for them to reveal. If so, and they were trying to dog DR - which it does, but more importantly it shows the lack of accountability in the program and Rhule. Don’t prop DR and say he’s the best worker and does everything right when the entire team can see that’s not reality and the chickens in the press core see it first hand.

Thank you for bringing this up. I remember some of these pressers (love listening to them) where it would be on a scrolling screen for FOREVER waiting for players to show up. Do they randomly pick out of a hat as the presser begins and are like "F! Go find NumbNuts and let him know he's gotta get to the podium!"?

It was even worse when we'd get a couple players and then 20+ minutes go by waiting for one last player. I'll see if I can find some of those pressers.

Wrong. Don't be insufferable. You're trying to equate what we've had as talent to what Jimmy Johnson had at Miami. Kick rocks retard.

We have had no one in the last 20 years worthy of a big personality. And I don't know why you think that is acceptable. Saban was giving out hellcats and brown bags, but he wasn't allowing anything besides his narrative.

You are not allowed a personality, until you have dgaf money. Bo was a clown that was so ego driven he allowed 1 guy to rush for 408 yards. STFU. For real. Stfu.

Every team has a "best player" you can be the worst team and you still have a best player.

If you think Saban did not treat certain players differently, I don't know what to tell you.

I mean, parents do not treat all their kids 100% the same and they LOVE all their kids.

This is not hard to grasp.

The one that explains the economics of football and expectations. No head coach is going to allow a personality bigger than his program. You put forth Jimmy Johnson. Who allows that now?
Right, but which podcast is that? You brought up the podcasts, not me. So which one is it that explains the economics of football and expectations.

Just to be totally clear, is it your position that all head coaches at the college and pro level treat every single player on their team 100% the same 100% of the time?

You just type and type stupid ****. Of course teams have a best player, someone has to be the best player, it doesn't mean it's a good team. Or that player is worthy of acting out. Or would be viewed as acceptable. You can listen to to how Saban treated his best players. They talk about it. It wasn't a lessening of his standards. He expected them to enforce the ideals of his program.

I thought that he treated everyone exactly the same 100% of the time? If that is the case, why did he have some players that had to enforce the ideals of his programs. Shouldn't they all have been enforcing it, to be 100% equal 100% of the time??

Wait, so you bring up podcasts and tell me to listen to one that you listen to on the economics of football but then when I ask for the name of it, you won't tell me it?

Why not?

Would you tell someone else the name of a podcast that you like? I mean, would you really treat some people differently than others?

The one where the players of multi-national champions disagree with your Jimmy Johnson shtick. You can listen to them on a podcast or ESPN. Google is your friend. Or you can ask AI. It will give you multiple sources and actual video and audio files. Coach.

But I am asking you. Is this how you would treat your best friend? I thought you treated everyone equal at all times. Right?

I posted the Jimmy Johnson one, where he clearly says that he treated different players differently. Why can't you post the ones you were telling me about? Please! Thanks!

Yes! You said that you treat all people exactly the same 100% of the time and now you are not doing that. It is confusing.

I am starting to think that maybe...that maybe you didn't mean it???

This is shocking! Someone on a post board posted something that they didn't really mean?!?!

Jimmy Johnson was the basis of your argument of treating players different, coach. Do you understand that?
