That's true but it came out far down the line and not with exact figures (at least not by me).
The school is still looking for one more commitment and leaks are not in the best interest when negotiating with players and agents.
It was always going to be tricky filling out the frontcourt given the crazy prices for bigs. All things considered, Shaheen/Nelson did a good job finding some promising pieces. Copeland seems like a really solid get for our budget. Williams too.
The word is we have a verbal. But I heard that about a week ago and now that Copeland committed I expect the announcement to come out shortly.

Mix tapes of course make everyone look great, however any fair reading of that tape shows a player who is tough/physical down low and can score in short range. His shot may get blocked from time to time because quickness does not appear to be one his attributes, but on balance I think he will be a definite plus for our offense. So, yes, I think he looks like a very good get.
