I mean, I said I prefer Charleston but Tybee is the beach in Savannah. IOP/Sullivans/Folly are still not downtown or anything just like Tybee.
I think the difference in literally 10 miles and also the intracoastal vs. a river matters greatly, but agree to disagree

Obsessed with the marshes. But they smell like sulfur and are muddy af and will tear tf up of your legs without real bootware homie
The marshes are very cool. I got my boat stuck in them a couple times. I had to walk it out, got a little torn up. I really got to know the Wando

Love this for you- Give me your tips cuz there are so many inlets and waterways in the Wando that I was born and raised here and went to Clemson and then moved back in adulthood and still don't "know" the Wando lol. It's all a maze, which is the beauty of the lowcountry imo!

I don’t live in Charleston anymore. But I used to fish just below Horlbeck Creek. Caught quite a few reds there. The farther up the Wando you go, the prettier it gets!

Fine with the last part but the first part doesn’t affect beaches lol
You gettin pedantic with me huck?

There is a savannah river. It's nasty af.

There is the intracoastal waterway in the peninsula of Charleston that you can access the actual OCEAN throughout Charleston and ALL OF it's suburbs from. The difference is astounding, and if you are in West Ashley, Downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Park Circle, or North Charleston you can ACCESS the OCEAN via the Intracoastal waterway.

Come on homie I'm tryna watch game 3 here

Was there all weekend with all 4 of mine! You're in my neck of the woods- biggest "accessible" oriented playground in the nation, and we couldn't be more proud of it!

Love it. My cousin lives within walking distance of the circle (then my aunt is off long point rd in MT P). Doing Folly this week is different for me since I’m usually on the IOP/Sullivan’s side.
