I think so. FR of the year in a decent conference. Good average with some power. 44 RBI on a bad team.
I think we will do well in portal and are signing class is really good. I don't think we get all in but we shall see.
We need to go North a get a couple of good Big Ten pitchers. We need some maturity in our bullpen pen.
Hope he can be solid like mustachio(Sullivan)at DH! That's a bat that has been solid all year.
Definitely need some more reliable arms in the pen. Definitely need a bit of depth there. The pen has been unstable from time to time this year when it's been needed most. Also gotta find that guy to come shut it down and be able to keep it locked down.
Some of those pen arms may be gonzo too. Reduction in roster size will affect it some

Good call reduction. Just hope Parker and Oak find what's truly needed to have a lock down pen.

Yes, agree. Sunbelt & GaSouthern play good ball and we're going to have a lot of need in the hitting dept. We lose or/are going to lose a lot.

In the little bit of research I did, I see he was at our baseball camp 5 years ago, so it's not out of the blue that he came to us.
Also, he had about 75% of the ABs of their most active players and still led in HRs, RBIs and triples (4, that's a lot of triples). Seriously good BA for a true frosh. Seems the ceiling would be high on his hitting.

I completely agree with you there and I would be livid if I was a southern fan, they are perpetually knocking on the door and making noise in the regular season, and get embarrassed in postseason at home every time. I have actually pitied southern miss baseball fans.
def dont want O, I wanted Mascara as our pitching coach and have been super vocal about that. at the end of the day I like Oak I just want to go get an elite pitching coach because I believe thats what wins championships. thats literally my whole gripe.
It’s hard to know if anyone has eligibility left these days. You have check against this very rigorous list of criteria below:
1) Did they bet on their own team with NIL money?
2) Are they Bryce Chance?
If the answer to both is “no”, then yes, they have plenty of eligibility left. Just depends on how much you wanna pay for it in legal fees.
Recruiting was never an issue for Oak at Virginia, can’t imagine it will be here.
