If we set aside the argument of who is in more cognitive decline Trump 2026 or Biden 2024 since it is impossible to prove, the heart of the matter is Biden surrounded himself with mostly very qualified people to run the country while Trump surrounded himself with supremely unqualified people to run the country subject to first and foremost licking his boots and following his asinine broken brain.

Who are these mostly qualified people he surrounded himself with? Kamala was qualified to run the neighborhood quik e mart and thats about it.

She was literally the worst candidate in US political history. I'll never trust a democrat again for letting someone that stupid get close to the levers of power.

Trump played it safe in that debate because he made Joe quit after the previous debate. Trump had to come off as not too aggressive towards 1) a woman 2) a very stupid individual. He did exactly what he needed to do and the scoreboard reflected as much.

It's "both sides" because it looks like you're trying to show how even-handed you are compared to others because you pair your Trump criticisms with similar attacks against Biden.

But Biden wasn't senile. He still had his marbles, he was just slowed down. Again, he was just fine in the unscripted press conference after the debate when the situation demanded thoughtful, cogent answers rather than the quick back and forth of a debate.

Trump on the other hand is completely around the bend cognitively. He's gone. Just look at him in any public appearance any more, yesterday at a farm policy event he's blathering incoherently about his monuments to himself in DC?

Trump doesn't think, so depending on the opponent(s) in a debate, he can come off as effective to some (never ever to types like you or me because he's spewing nonsense) or a completely unhinged crazed moron (see the debate against Harris in 24).
