Someone mentioned old timers not on the line anymore. Wasn’t me but he mighta passed or just got kicked off posting like I did a few years back about saying how proud I was out baseball and football teams are finally doing well on the basketball thread. I been reading this stiff since it opened and don’t usually post cause imma 68 year old dinosaur living in Montana blue raised in western Ky so I can’t quit the Cats. - till I’m dun for. I’m happy with Pope but will c if he can turn things around. Really excited bout the football and baseball teams since I’m a 76 Fulton County Pilot grad. That is all.

I an 57, can't quit them either, so I try and back the team 100% till tge season ends and then evaluate the damage. I was little, but remember Goose putting up 41in the Championship and Macy rubbing his socks before his free throws(which of course I did after that lol). Those were my first memories of UK hoops but I was hooked forever
Yup them was some good times. Can’t quit the dang Reds or Vikings either but I’m always a Ky Cat first
I'm 63 and right there with you. I've loved the Cats my whole life and can't quit on them. Glad I'm not alone.
