So if the plan is for Brock vs. Oba part 3 at Summerslam like expected, and Brock retires there like the reports originally indicated, that means Lesnar will have found a way to make all three matches ultimately all about himself even in the ones he loses.

Turns out Ricky Saints and Talla Tonga didn't get removed after all. So shy did WWE post an image of the tournament with entrants changed then? Numerous times this year they've announced something then posted something different online. Company needs to get it together and stop being so disorganized.

Makes sense but was there an explanation?

I’m so confused but it’s odd bc SZ and DM could win although I think they are setting up Roman/Seth

Hey Maniacs, is rastl’n MAGA? A family member was upset about Donald Trump hosting an event called "UFC Freedom 250" on the South Lawn of the White House on June 14, 2026, to celebrate his 80th birthday and America's 250th anniversary. LOL!! I don’t pay attention to these things. Did not know soap opera wrestling was MAGA!! 😝

WWE is.

But UFC isn’t wrestling.

I’ve really noticed over the last couple years, when a wrestler is gone for 2-3 months, they come back looking like a silverback gorilla. Can’t be good for you putting on that much weight so quickly.
Ya when they are off the clock they just hit the “weights” except Seth he never looks juiced

So what you're telling me is Darby loses the title and the rating goes up? What is this witchery?

Mexico will be having themselves a time with all these shows coming up.

Not having to go up against an NBA Playoff game when the NBA Playoffs are doing record setting numbers helps a lot. Plus the post-PPV bump needs to be factored in, which was likely greater than it usually is given the buy rate for the PPV + how much acclaim it had.

Don't forget TNA is running Slamiversary that day as well.

A weekend that will now have FOUR PLEs/PPVs with Night of Champions, Great American Bash, Forbidden Door, and Slammiversary. Which very likely means that TNA isn't going to get any notable NXT talent on the show, not that there is much notable NXT talent these days anyway.

For a company whose ticket sales/advances are absolutely horrendous, it is going to be very tough for TNA to move more tickets for Slammiversary, which has sold less than 1300 tickets and it's their second biggest PPV (I said earlier in this thread it was their biggest but I was wrong). AEW last ran this arena (Agganis Arena in Boston) in November for a Dynamite/Collision taping and put over 3K in it. Is 3K something to brag about? Certainly not. TNA's not even doing half that.

I don't know if it's really feasible at this point, but they should strongly consider moving it to another weekend. No one is going to be paying attention to it even though it will be an afternoon show running unopposed in its timeslot. Anything notable that happens from it is going to be completely out of the news and social media cycle before the night is even over. Get it on another weekend, try to convince WWE to act like a real partner and send some NXT people to help out, maybe let them have Joe Hendry for a day. Hell send Danhausen to do his clown crap, at least it would get attention TNA's way.

WWE propped them up to take their notable talent familiar to the WWE audience so they wouldn't have to build them up from scratch when they signed them and to get TNA a TV deal to try to hurt AEW, which has failed even more miserably than their past attempts to counter program AEW PPVs. Now that there's only two notable people left in TNA (Mike Santana, Leon Slater) and the TV deal is done, WWE has basically wiped their hands clean of doing anything to resemble being a legitimate partner.

They debuted on AMC on January 15. Only five WWE wrestlers have had a match in TNA since
  • Arianna Grace has had 8 TNA matches since. She is a career jobber in NXT who is getting nepotism bookings in TNA because she's the daughter of Santino Marella
  • Channing Lorenzo has had 6 TNA matches since and is Arianna's boyfriend, so basically more nepotism bookings. WWE basically has done nothing notable with him for most of the last year. He's not even the "star" of a stable led by freaking Lexis King
  • Joe Henry's one appearance was during the week of the AMC premiere for the PPV that weekend
  • Zaria's one appearance was during the week of the AMC premiere for the PPV that weekend
  • Chazz Hall is a vanilla midget who just signed an ID deal

I’m so confused
WWE is too.

Here is how messy it’s been for KOTR
  1. During the PLE they allegedly announced Oba would have a singles match for the KOTR.
  2. They released the brackets with the four-way matches, contradicting what was announced earlier.
  3. Then they posted online new brackets with Saints and Talla Tonga removed from their respective matches.
  4. They deleted that and posted the brackets that were originally released.
Queen of the Ring?
  1. Liv didn’t even know she was going to be in it
  2. The tournament is for a shot at the world title. She is already a world champion and they can’t even bother to field a challenger for her
  3. So if she wins she’ll attempt to become double champ by challenging whoever holds the Smackdown titles. So yes let’s maybe put another title on her when they have her doing nothing with the one she has!
And the Becky vs. Sol Ruca match at SNME the other week ago…
  1. Was announced as a non-title match.
  2. Then they posted a match graphic online promoting it as a title match.
  3. Becky was even chiming in on socials she never put the title on the line
  4. Then they had to remove that and re-post and re-announce it as a non-title match.
They are a completely disorganized sloppy shop at the moment which is a glaring indictment of how bad leadership has become over there.

Says the guy who runs a company that rehired R Truth because of fan backlash, whined for weeks about Booker T being picked worst announcer by a few hundred Wrestling Observer voters, then had a episode of NXT dedicated to honoring him in response, and had Pat McAfee go on national tv on the road to WrestleMania talking about Cagematch ratings.

They are just a bunch of infinitely online people who only want to listen to yes men and thus refuse to recognize any opinion as valid unless it's slurping their balls. And that's why the creative state of the company is in bad of shape as it is. They likely have surrounded Triple H with a bunch of yes men and anyone that was willing to pushback has likely either been replaced with AI, reassigned, or learned that it's pointless to even attempt to push back.

Smackdown barely did over a million last week despite no NBA playoff game on.

Combine the 704K from regular TV that Dynamite got with whatever they are getting from HBO Max, Dynamite either eclipsed or likely came very close to beating Smackdown last week.
