98 isn't going bother them coming from LA . They are also used to making long distance trips from playing in the BIG. It would make sense for the NCAA to just keep them in Texas until they travel to Chapel Hill but again it's the NCAA

Im not sure about the 98 part. I'm here now and it's 60s and 70s.

Exactly what I was thinking. I have been in the LA, Anaheim, and now Coronado, San Diego area since last Wednesday and it is basically 60's and low 70's. A hot day may be tougher on them.
I spent the first 22 years in Chapel Hill and the last 31 years in SoCal. It takes me at least 3-4 days to adjust back to the humidity when I visit in the summer. The weather will have a real impact on USC.

Agreed, but they were also just in College Station which would be at least as humid as Chapel Hill.

Joey, are you exaggerating? 😉
The way the weather changes this time of the year, I would prefer to wait until Thursday to see what Friday, Saturday and Sunday might look like.. It has gotten a lot warmer no doubt. I do agree about the humidity factor, but they may have experienced that in CollegeStation in the regional they just won.

Parking is going to be interesting since lots don’t go “non permit” until 5pm on Friday.
I attempted to park in Ehaus and just roll the dice on getting a ticket, but there was a person waiting at the top saying that only people with special permits could park there all weekend. I just parked at Hinton James, which I’m planning on doing again this weekend. Getting stuck in Ramshead isn’t fun at all.

I would rather roll the dice on getting a parking ticket than park in Ramshead. Parking decks with 1 exit = insanity.

Pretty sure the NCAA doesn’t have anything to do with individual team travel plans / logistics. They can get where they want, when they want - so long as they meet any mandatory press conferences, open practices, etc.

Remember though that Arizona came from playing in a very dry heat last year. I thought that the humidity would get to them, but unfortunately it did not.
SoCal and Tucson are very different. I went to school at UofA for a couple years... It gets HOT! LA doesn't get nearly as warm. LA hasn't had a day in the 80's yet this year, and most days have been under 75. It is rare to have a 90 degree day in LA during the whole school year, even September. Tucson has had a handful of days over 100 already. For example... today was 75 in LA and 100 in Tucson. They are two completely different climates. Not saying USC is going to play like crap, but those AZ kids were well accustomed to heat in general.

Throw in the fact that USC stands for University of Spoiled Children... so they are already starting starting out with a "soft" label anyways! :p
