Look at it this way, if Moreno had been in the portal and UK added him instead of bringing him back, we'd have the top portal class.

I agree. At first I was worried just because of the names alone, but their roster feels a bit piece meal. They may very well be really good, but I can see identity issues being a concern for them.
PK has legit only won 1 NCAA game in his 15 years coaching career. Now has a team without shooters when his offense relies on making 3s. Yet some people believe he will suddenly be a winner? Not a chance.
You have a coach with 1 NCAA tournament game win ever and a college with 1 NCAA tournament game win in the past decade. I predict more of the same next season with the poorly constructed roster he put together.

And from an NBA perspective, Moreno is actually the better prospect right now.
I like UK's roster more. Giving Pope two down hill drivers who have three elite shooting forwards to pass to might be dangerous for the rest of college basketball.
I also think Wilkins will become a better statistical shooter this year with better players. I think he shoots at least 35% from three this year.
Actually a complete basketball team. Last year we just over spent on guys that didn't make a team. Well this year Pope got it right
Kam and Trent were 35% and 33%. Not proven to be consistent when the bright lights and whistle blows. But I am impressed with Mom's 48%
Guys let’s not get carried away, he was absolutely horrendous in trying to get HS talent.
As a team we are above 38% overall on 3s based of attempts and makes from all our players stats from last season. That’s a dangerously good number, if we shoot 30+ per game we will make 12+ per and that’s hard to beat. Let’s hope our D can dial in and be above average but it will definitely be a fun team to watch.
Rebounding and defense could be an issue. Going to have to outscore a lot of teams. Making shots will be huge because of offensive rebounding.

the biggest thing in UL's favor is that they play in the ACC. there are 10-12 teams that just are not competitive.
Kam shot 35.9%, which is 36% if you're going to use a whole number and Milan 48.7%, so 49% whole number which you're using.

totally agree. add in kam williams and i think pope has found guys that can score the ball at all the positions.
