The 2 juggernauts everyone was terrified to face (UCLA and GT) didn’t even make it out of their own regionals.

UGA is the best team left standing. But, we’re pretty close to them. The weekend may be a coin flip with them losing Phelps for Game 1, and us getting a healthy McPherson. In Omaha, with only 1 game every 2 days, our biggest weakness (bullpen) is not so exposed until the finals.

Texas pitchers are better than ours. I do think we have a great chance against them but it will be a very tough matchup for us. UGA I’m less worried about than Texas but that’s just my outlook which doesn’t mean much.
