Yes i remember that 2012 swing by ST Johns as I was sitting in the Bosh and saw it .
I was thinking about that yesterday. It will never leave my mind's eye.
They've made Supers 12 times in the last 20 tournaments, tied for most with us. Usually doesn't happen at this point.
The part I remember the most was forgetting…for just a second…that St. John’s was the home team. We were at The Bosh…but were visitors that game. My mind took a moment to process that the season was over as that ball cleared the fence.
It wasn't over, but it might as well have been. They beat us again Sunday when we ran out of pitching.
Hasn't been a great weekend for the ACC. We might be last man standing after today.
This OU team lost 2/3 at home to Tennessee the last weekend of the regular season. Baseball is a weird game and anything can happen.
Luis Paula gave us a yeomans effort on sunday evening to try and save us but it was for naught.
Remember when a couple people complained in the game thread about bringing McDuffie in with an 8-1 lead in the 4th inning?
Georgia Tech didn’t bring Patel in up 8-2 yesterday in the 4th yesterday. Now they trail 3-0 in game 7.

I’m good with that. I’ve never understood the “SEC! SEC!” mindset…I care about my Heels…the rest of the conference can kick rocks.
Pretty shocking the guy settled down to retire Burress/Advincula/Lackey to get out of that with it still 4-3.
Especially for 2 reasons
1. everyone rooted for our downfall through the investigation and
2. we won’t be in the acc in 5 years (hopefully sooner)
This. Times infinity. Every single school in the ACC tried to kick us during all of our NCAA crap. And all of the non-Stanford/Cal/SMU schools love nothing more than to see us lose....at anything. So let's be the last team standing. F all the haters.

The 1B could have either just come home or tried to turn a 3-6-3 DP (the batter was very slow getting out of the box) and he chose neither. Even if he just executes what he did, giving up one run wouldn’t have been that bad.
