Jmo but whether its him or not, their decision is de facto in place. The only official word sounded exactly like an employer who already made their hire but going through the appearances of a search.

That's why I think it's Hill too. Of course it could be someone else but they will have ties to the university. Otherwise I just don't see how they could be on board in an unofficial capacity.
