The 3B did the same thing last night. Error to start the 9th, but it didn’t cost them. Tonight it did. Why they brought in a pitcher that doesn’t know what a balk is I don’t know. They’ll get rocked tomorrow. Unbelievable choke job. Horrific coaching. Horrific pitching and an absolute blunder by the 3B to give them life
New AD should make that change and softball change day one. It’s the first thing I’d do

How do you bring in a guy who hasn’t pitched in forever? How the hell do you leave a freshman with a sub .900 fielding percentage in versus a solid fielding senior? Mingione is absolutely terrible.

Hopefully the Cats can battle back in the bottom of the 9th. Pitching seems to favor WVU tomorrow.
Only silver lining is that we would get another chance tomorrow but at that point you've surrendered the mojo. Kinda like when we came back and won our region a few years ago.
3 run lead with 3 outs to go to host a super against a 3 or 4 seed to go to Omaha and Mingione treats it like it’s mandatory participation with Cloud and his bullpen.
It’s astonishing how similar Stoops and Mingione are. By far best coach in program history, takes team to heights never seen before, so it’s hard to be mad, but does it by playing a boring brand of sport that has a clear ceiling in the way the sport is played today.
Don't forget the gazillion runners left on base too. The worst part is that I'm not surprised. This team hasn't looked like the better team in any game they've played. Tonight they are proving it. I don't think tomorrow will be close.
