That’s why there is no point in complaining about a tough draw. Their 9 has to play our 9 at the end of the day.
What a performance by Rose. We’ll need him down the line, and this can only help.
Some of that is PTSD from blowing 2 games against Zona last year.
And some of that is just college baseball. Teams can put up 4 or 5 runs in a flash.
Oklahoma just put up 7 straight runs on GT to take the lead.
It didn’t matter eventually but I was so frustrated last year on Sunday night that we had to go to a winner-take-all game. Nice to see us take care of this regional in an stress-free manner tonight.
Awesome stuff from Rose. Forbes pushed a ton of right buttons this weekend. Lynch’s lengthy start on Friday was big time
I have to think this ended up looking pretty much how Coach Forbes drew it up. That's a sign of good coaching.

Really proud of this team. They took care of business and Scott pushed all the right buttons. And we found some extra pitching which will come in handy down the road. Boaz and Rose really battled.
Oh, and one other thing. Our defense is soooo good, After watching some of these other games, our guys are really elite.

There was one guy in my section yesterday trying to check Carolina fans somewhat aggressively for just chanting/cheering. Another one making jokes at the Tar Heel chant lol

One way you know it actually was a hard regional is all the scores were basically normal weekend scores. Every game except VCU-ECU was basically competitive.
Jackson Rose was big. Will be a strong Sunday guy next year!
When people talk about the good baseball program down east, they're talking about Coastal.
Our "draw" knocked out Tennessee, which was, after all, poetic justice for those who plotted a different result by making it such a tough draw in the first place.
Hats off to ECU and VCU: teams that I am proud that we play. May they continue to thrive.
