I was at the game yesterday so never gave my opinion on why I *think* Kellis didn’t start. I don’t think Forbes expected Payne to last more than one time through the order so he didn’t want to pinch-hit for Kellis when a righty came in then not have him available if Norby (or another lefty) came in late.
