PSU made the tournament once during this stretch and only because of a BIG tourney run. I wouldn’t say they’ve done much to get their fan base excited about.

Thanks. They were missing from the truncated graphic in the OP. The #40 ranking is still surprising given UConn's recent success. Shows the hole Hurley dug out of.
