Galveston waters used to be beautiful until a massive hurricane shifted the currents and now brings muddy butt water to the coast instead of clear blue water. But some days if the wind is blowing just right... it's beautiful.

I saw a chick blowing a dude in the frontseat of a pickup truck on Galveston beach once.

I found the area to be kinda trashy overall.

I would like to fish there, though.

Its #1 cause its easiest to get to for a BS "holiday" where you don't get an extra day off and the family has to drag their butts, in the heat, to the beach so dad can get his 1 day.
