Totally different situation. Rob was only going to leave BYU if someone gave him substantially more than he was worth. BYU was already paying him top dollar.
Momcilivic isn’t in that situation and he doesn't already have a deal with another team that he is trying to improve on.
I don't think Wright ever fully intended on leaving BYU. I know you guys count that as a whiff, but it really wasn't. We all would have crushed Pope if he overpaid for him and he didn't average 20ppg.

Yeah a few former Cats do. Randle, Monk, Wallace, Murray, (and that Sharpe fella we don't claim) just to name a few. But the fact we have several current NIL deals in place through Excel with guys on the roster currently means (for once) we have an agency that knows how to deal with JMI, and at least on some level, likes working with Pope and company.
