If you don’t throw Jason, does VCU hear in the decision that the Heels believe they’ll beat you without their best? They might take that as a slight.
And it’s not how Forbes approaches any other decision. When he makes a change, isn’t it because he believes it gives the Heels the best chance? I don’t see how he could believe that Ryan is a better option than Jason.

All the decisions Coach Forbes makes are with the goal in mind of winning the national championship.

If he decides to flip Lynch and DeCaro this weekend, it'll be because he thinks that combination in that order gives the Heels the best chance to win the national championship. Not necessarily that he thinks Lynch gives us a better chance than DeCaro to win the first game.

We have 3 wanting to throw their best against us!
I’m with you, Tommy. Give it our best & let’s hope he has a strong outing, going 6+, to help us spare using relievers from throwing too many pitches. We will need them later!

I totally agree with the decision...especially after sitting here and watching Tennessee wrap up their practice with a home run derby......wow....only G Tech has come close to that display we just watched.

Lynch has given up barrels this season much more than DeCaro.....have to have a swing and miss guy verses the Vols....

Off the subject but Tommy mentioned it at the start. So all the 5:00pm games this weekend will start 2 hours after the noon game is completed or is there only a minimum time required between games? I assume it would start no earlier than 5pm.

5p or an hour-ish after game 1 if game one goes past 4

weather could change things of course.
