He’s far and away the better athlete and almost certainly has a higher ceiling if his skills develop, but it’s a bit of a toss up whether he’ll be a better basketball player for this year. For right now, he’s a bit in that mold of a lot of Cal recruits where he’s amazing in the open floor and finishes pretty well if he can bully his way inside, but doesn’t really play a complete game to his full potential. Kind of a polar opposite of Momcilovic, who doesn’t have many stand out physical tools, but perfected a particular skill to a crazy degree. I’ll be pretty interested to see which one turns out to be a better player for this year.Pitino got a better player in Tounde Yessoufou
