I feel this 100%. But (IMHO) there is a goldmine of comedic material in that clumsiness.

We just finished season one of Your Friends & Neighbor's. I wasn't really feeling the first episode but was loving it by the finale. I can't wait to start season 2!
We like to too; but, I just can't believe with all the technology and cameras that something like this could actually happen. It's fine though I notice I have less tolerance for subplots that don't go anywhere (Coop's wife's whole story, Barney's story, etc.). Focus on Coop, the kids, Olivia Munn, and anyone new and interesting and go from there.
Finished Beef S2 on Netflix and I did not care for it that much. South Korean flavor to it and all the characters were fairly despicable.
This looks good. Admittedly I'm a Green Lantern fan and my favorite is John Stewart
HBO did a great job with Penguin. Hopefully it carries over here.
Hardy is such an enigma. He’s either terrific or terrible. I haven’t seen Mobland, heard it was pretty good. His choices post Dark Knight Rises have been really curious . Many thought he would be the next Bond. But, he clearly has issues despite being a teetotaler.

+1. I thought he was excellent in Mob Land and Pinky Binders and Taboo (wasn't there supposed to be a 2nd season to that?) but was horrible in the Venom movies but that might have been the movie itself and not his fault.
Yeah, supposed to be three seasons of Taboo (the show Hardy made with his dad) and no idea what happened with it. He was really really good in Legend (playing the Kray Twins), Locke (which is a one man show), Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and Peaky Blinders as noted. But then he did that weird Al Capone movie, a motorcycle gang movie, Venom, and got into jujitsu. Just weird.
He had good roles in Dunkirk, Inception, Mad Max, The Revenant, The Drop, & Bronson. Talented guy but has his own path.
Spider Noir on Prime now. Pretty good, you can choose to watch in color or B&W.
Season 2 of Paradise on Hulu is pretty good. It kinda morphed into The Walking Dead without the zombies.
Anyone watching Your Friends and Neighbors S2 on AppleTV? We're working our way through it and the most recent episode we watched was a real curve ball.....*SPOILERS TO FOLLOW*:

So, previous episode ended with Coop finding out his father passed away. Next episode ditches it's entire format for a much smaller, more intimately focused on grief and the passing of a parent. Was particularly difficult to watch at times since my Mom passed only a couple months ago, and it really moved and resonated with me. Yes, there were still some hijinks and sight gags, but the nearly the entirety of the episode (dedicated to to a character who has appeared a total of maybe four times in two seasons) takes place in his home during the post funeral gathering. It's not super heavy handed but I found it well done, especially the few memories of Coop's childhood that they sprinkled in, and the 'reveal' at the end was really well done I thought. Anyway, show surprises me from time to time and Jon Hamm is really great in it (he's really good when not being in Don Draper d*ck mode all the time)....

my favorite show of the past few years is Your Friends & Neighbors .... but I love Hamm, Peet, and especially Munn
There have been some greast scenes the season. The porta-potty scene was hystercial and mother seeing her daughter in jail was priceless.
Munn is really, really good. I have never been a fan of Peet's to be honest but she's good in this.
I thought that episode was rather poignant in its view of a parent passing. Very well done.

I’ve only seen the first few episodes but Spider Noir is really fun and watch it in B&W

Widow’s Bay has turned into a sleeper hit. Apple TV well worth the watch, Matthew Rhys and Stephen Root star in it. One of the newer characters in the show is Hamish Linklater, Father Paul in the series Midnight Mass.

It is good and is very Stephen Kingish. The episode where the mayor goes swimming has a bunch of Jaws references.
I'm waiting on this one to end before starting it because I hate waiting for episodes to be released. I'm looking forward to it!

and it is really great and well done.
It was filmed in and around Albuquerque and Santa Fe but most of what I've seen so far its just been inside the Retirement Center. So far I like it.
I made it through episode 4 before I had to call it a night.
But I'm loving it so far. It reminds me a lot of Sin City and thats a good thing. Well at least the B&W version does. I'm not watching it in color.
