This would have a major impact on high school football, the amount of over age 8th graders is getting out of control. If it passes it will be funny to watch all the kids reclassify .

Could reduce it or parents may be more strategic. Those with later birthdays could get held back in 8th grade and still graduate at 18. Those with early birthdays could still get held back and then reclassify at the end of HS to enter college sooner.
