Damnit half of me knew that this would get dragged out but I pray it’s really by this weekend and not next month
Think we probably make a sweet 16 with him at least. Have to overcome the coaching deficiencies to make an elite 8.
Not trying to be negative, but the recent news about Arizona getting involved and him delaying an announcement for a few more days makes me wonder if he is listening to new offers. Hope not. We desperately need to land him. Probably just me getting nervous and reading too much into it.

Unironically, I'd prefer Milan over Stokes. Stokes is most assuredly the better player but I never liked his fit here or his personality. (Not sour grapes) If we were to land Milan he raises our ceiling more than Stokes, unless he gets hurt in the pre-season🫠
Most over hyped player I can remember in some time. Great shooter though. I can't see this dude being great in the sec. He can't put the ball on the floor and drive to the basket, strictly jump shots. You have to be able to get a shooter a shot .

If we get Milan I think we are in the preseason top 10 ish. Whereas without him...we are probably top 30 ish. We need Momcilovic so bad. And we need Louisville NOT to get him. If they get him they are probably top 5-10 which would be a disaster.

Apparently you missed he part where Kentucky has 2 driving guards with killer mid range. . Why does he need to put the ball on the floor and drive to the basket? He needs to sit at the three point line and set screens and make a big sit out with him. And if that big even thinks about leaving him to sag. It’s an 3 bucket. If he doesn’t sag it’s a layup for guard or a lob to Malachi when help rotates. That’s gonna be his entire role and I wish a mfr would play zone with him and Kam on the floor.
Yeah, but who is closer to reality? Almost everyone who is pulling for Pope to put a good product on the floor this winter was on board with letting him go after the season. But while some folks have destroyed Pope for a couple of months straight, saying he should be fired for recruiting, reality is I think he has a solid team, and if he lands Momcilovic, will have a top 10ish caliber team, so who is really more blinded?
We should theoretically have 2 guards this year that can get him shots.
He's a borderline first round pick who's gonna command 7 to 8 million bucks it looks like. I'm gonna trust that he can be pretty good in the SEC.

All this talk about Arizona and Louisville. Im actually worried about St. Johns. Although, I think all 3 of those teams have a chance to advance further with Momcilovic than Pitino would. That said, Pitino has had some pretty good 6ft 8/9 forwards that he's coached in his career.
