Is the case where the State of New York passed a law allowing a temporary one year window for people to file a civil suit against another person regardless of whether the alleged act happened 2, 5, 30 or even 80 years ago?
Weird question. Let me ask you this, trump having lost twice, let’s say it is - you gonna white wash the verdicts based upon the statute of limitations?

Northern trying to get a rapist off the hook on a technicality. Trump has driven the Republican party to become a pro-criminal party.

It’s incredible how dumb you clowns are.

E. Jean Carroll, who herself claimed to be a massive Trump fan 15 years ago, appears deranged and sick. She lives with rodents, names her cat ******, and her dog Tits. She writes stories about what her dog taught her about sex, claimed on live TV that rape was sexy, and paints trees blue.

Emails between her and her friend, who was also a key witness in the case, reveal her talking about her grand scheme to remove Trump from office. She was funded by a billionaire Democrat, benefited from changed laws specifically to prosecute Trump, and Carroll was the first person in the state to file under this new law. She won a case against Trump with zero evidence, no eyewitnesses, and in a trial where the judge refused to admit Trump's evidence against Carroll, showcasing a politically motivated prosecution.

If you don't see an issue with that, you are part of the problem.

All connected…

Reid Hoffman funds Indivisible via ActBlue their “Tesla Takedown” campaign after Elon exposes NGO fraud like SPLC.

SPLC funds Charlottesville op.

Roberta Kaplan represents Charlottesville victims.

Joe Biden uses Charlottesville as reason for running.

Joe Biden appoints Matthew Graves to prosecute J6.

Matthew Graves wife Fatima Graves sits of Indivisible Board.

Roberta Kaplan and Fatima Graves start “Times Up Legal Defense Fund” together.

Fatima Graves and Indivisible run “No Kings” protests.

Reid Hoffman funded talarico in Texas as well.

A tangled web…

And how is who helped pay part of the legal fees trying “…trump based on a big lie”? Who paid what has nothing to do with the veracity of the claims. THAT should be obvious.
Shes a wack job and they had to change an existing law just to allow the suit to proceed. Throw in the judge and location and its obvious what occurred.

I wonder why New York didn't have such a law in place before passing it in 2022. I also wonder why the new law included just a one year window to file suit.

No,.. The "white wash" is based on a New York state legislative process that corruptly created a one year window of opportunity for this case to even exist.
