Man…that is a brutal regional compared to some of the double digit seed regionals. Yikes.

Our starting pitchers better be able to go more than a few innings per game or we are dead in the water with the matchups that are possible
Of all the complaints-this is the one I worry about
D1 moved Auburn above Carolina in their final projection last night, and their justification was record against other regional hosts…which I really just don’t understand. If you apply that standard across the board, then GT should have been your 1 overall seed above UCLA. (I know D1 ultimately doesn’t make the decision, but their fingerprints are obviously all over this) Hard regionals happen - that’s ridiculous too - but I’m most irritated by this 4/5 seeding. Ridiculous.
If Forbes is so great then why such the meltdowns regarding who we might have to play from the usuals complainers? No excuses.....Omaha or bust.
Go **** off man. Look at the seeded 4-6 regionals and see which one sticks out

Not only is the draw relatively tough, them putting Tennessee/ECU in the bracket means it’s a game ESPN wants to put on TV at noon so we can’t even play first like we want to do.

And what is brutal about it? A bubble team in ECU, a barely above bubble team in VCU, and Tennessee that ain’t 2024 Tenn. Not seeing what is brutal about it at all. Big names, don’t make it brutal.
They can be considered problematic as they beat Florida twice last year in the Coastal regional. I don't think they beat Tenn. tho.
My only complaint is the #4 seed. Binghamton to WVU as a #4 and. VCU to UNC as a #4 should’ve been flopped IMO…
Extremely questionable decision to pitch our top three arms Friday/saturday instead of Sunday considering how critically important yesterday’s game was to seeding….G tech & our brackets are two completely different universes…

No change in seeding if we lost Friday. I would have gone decaro Friday, Glauber Saturday, & lynch Sunday. Straight up no overcoaching: start #1 Friday, #2 Saturday & #3 Sunday.

you can’t just hold out arms and plan on being there. We still have to win Friday Saturday
Just VCU being the 4 makes it tougher than an average bracket. For example, they are 82 in RPI while South Dakota St (who 13 Nebraska got) is #239. The highest seeds in the tournament should get the chance to manipulate their pitching if they choose.
Now we get to Tennessee. They’re #17 in DSR, which is designed to measure team strength more than RPI. We’re 3rd. That’s preposterous. ECU is #32.
Nothing would have changed. They would not have had us above GT and still would have manipulated the bracket to get a non-SEC team in the 5-8 bucket. They were working backwards to get a preferred outcome.
Wrong. Winning the tournament was the only thing that mattered to our seeding…

Don’t forget FSUs AD is the head of the committee, they got a bump and bc of seeding Tennessee 25 instead of 24, they got coastal and we got tennessee
